EXAMINATION
OF ASSESSMENT
INVENTORY
AND EVALUATION DATA

Pursuant to Section 501 of the NYS Real
Property Tax Law notice is hereby given that the assessment inventory and
valuation data used to establish the assessment of each parcel appearing on the
May 1, 2025 Town of Barrington Tentative Assessment roll, is available.  This information may be reviewed, by
appointment, in the Barrington Assessor's Office, Barrington Town Hall, 4424
Old Bath Road Penn Yan, NY 14527.  Appointments
may be made by calling the Assessor's Office at (607)243-5323 Ext. 2.

Zoning Board of Appeals Hearing.

The Town of Barrington Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on October 9th, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Barrington Town Hall located at 4424 Bath Road, Penn Yan, NY 14527.

Property address 918 East Lake Rd., Dundee, NY 14837, the property owners are applying for a variance to construct a new 14' x 22' garage, a variance for a rear set back from the center of the road, a height variance, and a lot coverage variance.

The Barrington Town Board will be holding a budget workshop on Tuesday, September 16th, 2025 at 5:00 pm.

The Town of Barrington Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on October 9th, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Barrington Town Hall, 4424 Bath Road, Penn Yan, NY 14527.

Property address 833 East Lake Rd., Dundee, NY 14837, the property owners are applying for a variance for lot coverage of more than 25% allowed by the Zoning Law.
