public hearing on December 19, 2024, at 6 00 p.m. in the Barrington Town Hall, 4424 Bath Road, Penn Yan N.Y 14527 Property
address 935 E Lake Rd, Dundee, NY 14837 the property owners are applying for variance's, variance for a side setback where 8'
is required, a variance for a front set back where 25' is required, and a variance for lot coverage where 25% is required, to their
pre-existing, non- conforming cottage to have existing roof structure removed and a second floor addition added to the existing
foundation.to be constructed. Property address 1111 E Lake Rd, Dundee, NY 14837 the property owners are applying for
variance, a variance for a front set back where 25' is required for a 6' porch roof over deck on rear of cottage (roadside). All

December Town Board Meeting

The regular Town Board meeting for December will be held on the third Tuesday, December 17th instead of the fourth Tuesday at 6:00 pm due to the holiday.

4424 Bath Road, Penn Yan N.Y 14527
Property address 888 E Lake Rd, Dundee, NY 14837 the property owners are
applying for variance, a variance for a front set back where 25' is required
for adding a set of stairs to lower level by expanding the upper landing size
on rear of cottage (road side). Also to rebuild current walkway to cottage in
same foot print.

Organizational Meeting

The Barrington Town Board will be holding their annual Organizational Meeting on Tuesday, January 7th, 2025 at 6:00 pm at the Barrington Town Hall located at 4424 Bath Road, Penn Yan, NY.
